Wallet+ Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Wallet+ account and associated personal data, send us an email at:

support@walletplus.me

Steps to request account deletion

  1. 1If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through Google Play or App Store.
  2. 2Tap the email button above to open your email app with a pre-filled template.
  3. 3Fill in your Wallet+ account email and attach a screenshot proving you are the account owner.
  4. 4Send the email. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What will be deleted

  • β€’Account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • β€’Wallets and balances
  • β€’Transaction history
  • β€’Budgets and spending plans
  • β€’Debts and notes
  • β€’App settings and preferences

The above data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What may be retained

  • β€’Billing/purchase records
  • β€’Fraud-prevention logs
  • β€’Server logs

This data is retained as required by law, and will be automatically deleted after the legally mandated retention period expires.
